Dear Sir,
I thought I would just write a short note to thank you and all your fine staff for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel last week. I travel quite a lot throughout US and Europe and it’s not very often that I have the opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a hotel.
Perhaps some of the major chains of hotels could learn a thing or two from your hotel with regard to sincerity, warm welcome and excellent service, not to mention the excellent quality of the food and the overall atmosphere.
I am a proud Dublin man and my pride in my homeland has grown seeing that there is still the good old fashioned hospitality been shown in Dublin. I will have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to all my family and acquaintances.

The staff went way out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I’ve never seen such wonderful customer service anywhere! They were always willing to help with whatever we needed - even driving directions, bus schedules and recommendations on what to see. If we are ever back in the Dublin area, we would definately stay at Finnstown Country House Hotel.
